This race crosses the Beckwith Street Bridge, the Tay River’s only surviving swing bridge. Built in 1889, it is also one of Canada’s oldest rivet-connected truss bridges and one of the oldest metal bridges in Ontario.
This is a BEER RUN that combines drinking beer with running for maximum fun!
Runners drink one 5oz cup of beer before running a 1.25K loop. Repeat three more times.
This is a fun run - if you're looking for a 5K PB and aren't willing to have some fun, THIS IS NOT THE EVENT FOR YOU!
